Russia’s WSOP bracelet beats 508 entries to win $ 86,923

The 30 year old Russian poker pro took home $ 86,923 USD for the win. Zyrin scored his biggest live circuit win of 2019 by beating the $ 1,500 mixed Omaha event at the $ 199,838 World Series of Poker and his first WSOP gold auction. Zyrin now has more than $ 1.5 million in direct tournament revenue to his name.

In addition to trophies and prize money, Zyrin also received 840 Card Player Player of the Year points as the champion of this National EPT event. This is his first POY qualifying score, but alone is enough to see him climb into the 14-way match for 89th place in the 2020 POY race visit poker88, sponsored by Global Poker.

The 2020 Sochi European Poker Tour Series will kick off on 2 October at Casino Sochi. The kickoff event for the series was a 77,000 P ($ 1,026 USD) National no-limit EPT hold’em event. Zyrin overcame Almat Idrisov’s head to secure the title, winning the final hand with pocket tens against Idrisov’s 9-8 match.

Zyrin has cashed in on EPT Sochi’s main events every last two years. This year’s tournament will take place on Tuesday, October 6 with the first of three initial flights. A winner will be determined on Sunday, 11 October.
